Access to and use of the GoGame Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. GoGame reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age compliance.
You must not use the Platform if doing so is prohibited or restricted by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your location. GoGame makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses therein.

To access the full range of GoGame's Betting Services, you must register an account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. GoGame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
GoGame may require you to complete a KYC verification process at registration or at any subsequent point. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal suspension or account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, all account balances, deposits, withdrawals and betting transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). GoGame does not guarantee the availability of any specific currency at any given time and reserves the right to alter currency options with reasonable notice.
The Platform and its content are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Platform.

GoGame makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades or other operational reasons. We shall not be liable for any loss caused by Platform unavailability.
All bets placed through GoGame are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. GoGame reserves the right to void, suspend or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.
GoGame covers a broad range of cricket betting markets including PSL group stage and playoff matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, ICC World Cup and T20 international tournaments. Market-specific rules — including settlement rules for abandoned matches, DLS method applications and super-over outcomes — are outlined within the relevant market descriptions on the Platform.
All odds are displayed in decimal format unless a User selects an alternative format. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to settlement of that bet, subject to any void or cancellation provisions in these Terms.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. GoGame shall not be liable for any inability to place an in-play bet due to market suspension or connectivity issues. Bets accepted after the official start of a relevant event period may be voided at GoGame's discretion if there is evidence of a late-acceptance error.
GoGame reserves the right to void bets where: (a) odds were published in error; (b) there is evidence of a system malfunction; (c) an event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered; or (d) there is evidence of fraud, match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity associated with the relevant event. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account.
GoGame may offer bonuses, free bets and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and eligibility conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms. In the absence of specific promotion terms, these General Terms apply to all bonus activity.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum qualifying threshold specified in any promotion's terms will not contribute to wagering requirements.
GoGame actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine play, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, GoGame reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.
Users may fund their accounts using payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. GoGame references familiar Pakistani payment options as contextual guidance — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however, availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice. None of these payment providers endorse GoGame, support gambling transactions on its behalf, or are affiliated with this Platform in any commercial capacity.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account. GoGame reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account level for responsible gambling or security reasons.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. GoGame will process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any security review. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible. GoGame reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
All transactions are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated. GoGame is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, charges or exchange-rate discrepancies applied by your bank or payment provider.
Any attempt to reverse, chargeback or recall a deposit after associated winnings have been generated will be treated as fraudulent. GoGame reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, freeze associated funds and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, copy, frame, scrape, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from GoGame. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoGame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit or any other financial loss.
GoGame makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform is suitable for any particular purpose, is free of errors, or will operate without interruption. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, GoGame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting GoGame support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no bonus wagering obligations remain unfulfilled.
GoGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the User is found to be ineligible; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose GoGame to legal, regulatory or reputational risk. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, GoGame may retain any bonus-derived winnings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoGame is incorporated and licenced to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory local law.
GoGame does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which Users may be located. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
GoGame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notice before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
